Most supermarket olive oils are blends from multiple countries and often from older harvests. Deliba is early-harvest, single-origin, lab-tested, and produced in small batches. You are not paying for a label — you are paying for freshness, transparency, and verified quality.
How fresh is the harvest? +
We bottle only the current harvest. All orders and subscriptions receive fresh-season oil — never old stock.
Is Deliba safe for cooking? +
Yes. Extra virgin olive oil is stable for most home cooking temperatures (up to approximately 375°F / 190°C). To preserve maximum aroma and polyphenols, we recommend medium heat or raw daily use.
Do you ship in the U.S.? +
Yes. All U.S. orders are managed by our own Deliba Food Inc. (NY) and dispatched directly from our New Jersey warehouse. This ensures a 100% closed, family-direct supply chain. There are no customs duties or import fees for U.S. customers.

Shipping is free on orders over $136. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

For Canada: customs duties (if applicable) are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
