I never knew olive oil could taste like THIS

I never knew olive oil could taste like THIS. I’ve tasted lots of olive oils over the years, many which were quite good. However, overall, I had come to expect all olive oils to be somewhat heavy and unctuous, no matter the taste. But, now, having savored both varieties of fresh-harvested Deliba EVOO for the first time, everything has changed. I don’t have the expert’s vocabulary to describe the taste or sensation of olive oil (or wine or coffee). All I can say is how pleasantly light and refreshing this is. What a delightful surprise! Bravo, Deliba! Unfortunately, I now find myself craving a spoonful or two (one of each variety) at odd times throughout the day. And, now knowing my current stock will run out sooner than planned, I am already looking forward to the next harvest.

I should add that Deliba came highly recommended to me by a gourmet and food expert, with a special love of premium Italian foods.

Finally, I want to heartily thank Gianfranco for his personal attention to my concerns and typically American impatience with shipping delays. He kept assuring me that the good things in life are worth waiting for. His family’s EVOO definitely qualifies.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing. I take 1 table spoon each and every night before bedtime. Since I’ve been doing that my knee joint pain has disappeared completely. I cook fresh food daily and although I don’t use the oil for high heat frying I regularly use it in medium to medium low heat pasta and seafood recipes. As for a finishing application I use it on just about everything. I love Deliba single origin oil and recommend it to all my friends it is truly an amazing olive oil.

How fresh is the harvest? +
We bottle only the current harvest. The harvest date olive oil is printed on every bottle — month and year, always visible. All orders and subscriptions receive fresh-season oil — never old stock.
Is Deliba safe for cooking? +
Yes. Extra virgin olive oil is stable for most home cooking temperatures (up to approximately 375°F / 190°C). To preserve maximum aroma and polyphenols, we recommend medium heat or raw daily use.
Do you ship in the U.S.? +
