Two professional use cases. One standard.

Deliba's bulk supply program is available to culinary and wellness professionals who require documented quality — not just a premium label. Every order ships with the Certificate of Analysis for that specific batch.

Culinary Professionals

For Chefs & Restaurateurs

High-polyphenol EVOO at the level Deliba produces is a finishing oil, not a commodity. At 629 mg/kg polyphenols, the Ottobratico has a flavor profile — fresh grass, artichoke, peppery oleocanthal finish — that is irreproducible with blended commercial oils.

Restaurants and catering operations that use olive oil as a featured ingredient, rather than a background fat, benefit from supply continuity, consistent lab data, and documented single-estate origin they can communicate to guests.

The Sinopolese (609 mg/kg, balanced fruity profile, stable under moderate heat) is available as a high-performance cooking oil for daily kitchen use. The Ottobratico is the premium finishing option — drizzled raw, never heated above 180°C to preserve oleocanthal integrity.

Wellness & Formulation

For Wellness Brands & Integrators

The functional food and supplement market requires ingredients with verifiable specifications. Deliba's EVOO ships with a full Certificate of Analysis per batch — including total polyphenol content (spectrophotometric method), oleocanthal, oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol, free acidity, and peroxide value.

Molochio, where the Cosmano estate is located, is documented in longevity research as one of the areas with the highest concentration of centenarians in the Mediterranean. Dr. Valter Longo's research published in Cell Metabolism (2014) studied the dietary patterns of long-lived residents in this specific area — a diet in which local high-polyphenol olive oil is a primary fat source.

For brands building products around the Mediterranean diet, longevity nutrition, or functional fat intake, Deliba's documented origin and lab data provide the ingredient traceability that regulatory and marketing requirements demand.

What the lab says — 2025/26 harvest

Every batch supplied through the Deliba bulk program is the same oil available direct-to-consumer — no separate "bulk grade." The same harvest, the same press, the same Certificate of Analysis. Volume pricing is negotiated per order; product quality is non-negotiable.

Origin: Molochio, Calabria region, Southern Italy. Single estate. Not blended with oils from other farms or other countries. The supply chain runs from CIDEG (Italian production entity, Cosmano family) to Deliba Food Inc. (U.S. importer, New Jersey) directly to the professional buyer — two entities, no intermediaries.
