Calabria is raw, generous, and deeply rooted in a way of life that the Mediterranean diet was built on. For 10 days, the Cosmano family opens their land, their table, and their story to a small group of Americans who want something real.
You'll sit under a century-old olive tree and taste the oil it produced — from its own fruit, from this very land. You'll plant a tree with your name on it. You'll sail the Coast of the Gods on a private boat. You'll eat at a long table under ancient branches with strangers who become friends.
This is not a tour. It is an initiation into a way of living.

You plant a new olive tree on the estate. You leave with an official adoption certificate bearing the exact GPS coordinates. It will produce oil for generations — and it has your name on it.

Every guest becomes a Guardian of a Calabrian Olive Tree — a title that comes with a certificate signed by Gianfranco Cosmano and the exact GPS coordinates of your tree on the Deliba estate.
Your tree will produce olive oil for generations. It grows in Molochio, in the heart of the Aspromonte mountains, on land where people have farmed olives for centuries.

Reggio Calabria (May 13–16) → Tropea (May 17–22)
May 13 — Arrival & welcome dinner
Private coach from Lamezia Terme Airport. Meet Carol and Gianfranco. Welcome dinner and evening stroll along Reggio Calabria's waterfront promenade.
May 14 — The Riace Bronzes & Pentedattilo
Guided walking tour of Reggio: Magna Grecia Museum and the Aragonese Castle. Afternoon visit to the ghost town of Pentedattilo.
May 15 — Scilla & lunch in Chianalea
Morning in Scilla — iconic castle, crystal waters of Marina Grande. Lunch in the ancient fishing village of Chianalea, perched over the sea.
May 16 — The Deliba Farm Experience
Full day on the estate: olive grove tour, outdoor lunch among century-old trees, olive tree planting ceremony, EVOO workshop and guided tasting. You sit under the tree. You taste its oil.
May 17 — Transfer to Tropea
Private transfer to Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian." 4-star hotel steps from the historic center. Free afternoon to explore beaches and town.
May 18 — Sail the Coast of the Gods
Exclusive private boat tour: Tropea to Capo Vaticano. Three swimming stops in hidden bays. Aperitif on deck with Calabrian wine and local products.
May 19 — Pizzo: wine, truffle & ice cream
Pizzo Calabro, the "City of Ice Cream." Historic winery with Calabrian wine tasting. Workshop and tasting of the famous Tartufo di Pizzo in an artisan parlor.
May 20 — Tropea old town & red onion tasting
Guided walking tour of Tropea's historic center. Tasting of local specialties — including the legendary Cipolla Rossa di Tropea IGP.
May 21 — Your day. Farewell dinner.
A full free day — beach, old town, or simply rest. In the evening, a celebratory farewell dinner to close a journey that changes how you eat, cook, and live.
May 22 — Departure
Breakfast, check-out, private transfer to airport. You leave with your personalized oil bottle, your adoption certificate, and the GPS coordinates of a tree that is now yours in Calabria.
