The Family Story
Francesco Cosmano started the grove in Molochio in 1967. His children — Carmine, Gianfranco, and Ivana — continue his work today with the same land, the same methods, and the same commitment to quality over volume.
Read Our Story →Deliba is a family-run olive oil producer from Molochio, Calabria, Southern Italy — a Longevity Village. We grow, harvest, press, and ship our own oil. Every batch is independently lab-tested, harvest-date verified, and publicly documented. That is our mission.
The US olive oil market has a transparency problem. Most brands don't publish lab data, don't disclose harvest dates, and don't reveal their actual origin. Deliba was built to solve this — with four non-negotiable commitments on every bottle.
Every harvest is independently tested by an accredited Italian laboratory. Polyphenol count, acidity, and peroxide value are publicly available as downloadable PDF certificates — not self-reported.
Every bottle carries the exact harvest date. Polyphenols degrade roughly 40% per year. Without a harvest date, you cannot know if the oil you're buying still has active phenolic compounds.
All Deliba oil comes exclusively from the Cosmano family estate in Molochio. No blending, no multi-region sourcing, no industrial intermediaries. One farm, one territory, one family.
From grove to your door — we control every step. Gianfranco manages production in Italy; Deliba Food Inc. handles importation and US distribution. No third-party sourcing at any point.
Three pages go deeper into what makes Deliba different. Each one is built on verifiable facts, not marketing language.

Molochio has 5× Italy's centenarian rate. National Geographic, Dr. Valter Longo, Bloomberg, and Forbes have all documented why.

Born in Molochio, trained as an urban planner, CEO of Deliba Food Inc. He designed the Transparency Framework and manages the closed supply chain between Calabria and the US market.
Full Profile →Most bottles labeled "Product of Italy" are blends from 6–7 countries. The origin you trust may not be the origin inside the bottle. This is why single-estate provenance — one family, one grove in Molochio — is the only form of transparency that cannot be faked.
