Recommended by a board-certified nutritionist

The first olive oil Carol has recommended in 10 years.

You found her channel looking for an honest answer about high-polyphenol olive oil. This is the oil she points you to — chosen for the lab report, the harvest date, and the single estate behind it. Not the marketing.

"After 10 years of looking, I've found a family dedicated to quality. This is the first time I've ever endorsed an olive oil brand — because it's the only one that includes the third-party lab analysis with every bottle."

  • Third-party lab report in every box
  • Single estate, one country, one family
  • Harvest date — not a far-off "out" date
  • Cold-pressed within 6 hours of picking

The checklist, answered

You already know what to look for.

Carol taught you the criteria. Here's how Deliba answers each one — with the document, not the adjective.

01 Dark glass bottle
UV-coated dark glass — protects polyphenols from light.
02 One estate, one cultivar
Cosmano family estate, Molochio, Southern Italy. Monocultivar — never blended.
03 Harvest date, not an "out" date
Harvest date printed on every bottle. You know exactly how fresh it is.
04 Pressed within hours of picking
Cold-pressed within 6 hours of harvest, on the estate.
05 Third-party lab report
Independent Certificate of Analysis in every box — shown here.
06 A real polyphenol number
Lab-measured totals: Monocultivar Ottobratico: 629 mg/kg (black label) Monocultivar Sinopolese: 609 mg/kg (white label) Not a vague "30x more."
Independent lab analysis of Deliba Ottobratico showing 629 ppm total polyphenols, free acidity 0.15%, and full chemical profile
The lab report that ships in every box.

"But isn't higher always better?"

No. A claim of "30x more" would mean ~21,000 mg/kg — a number you couldn't swallow. 629 mg/kg is the verified, palatable range you can use every day.

The daily ritual

One spoonful. Every morning.

The way families have done it for generations in Molochio, Southern Italy.

In the village this oil comes from, a spoonful of fresh, high-polyphenol olive oil — often with a squeeze of lemon — isn't a wellness trend. It's a morning habit, passed down for generations. Bold enough to feel it at the back of your throat. Fresh enough to want it again tomorrow.

  • 🍋 Morning. A spoonful with fresh lemon, on an empty stomach.
  • 🥗 Midday. Drizzled raw over salad, bread, or whatever's fresh.
  • 🍲 Evening. The Sinopolese for cooking — gentler, every day.

A family business

From our family to your table.

We grew up in Molochio, a small village in Southern Italy where living long and well isn't a marketing claim — it's simply how people live. Our family has tended these groves for generations, knowing the oil we made was more than food. It was our health.

Deliba is a family business. We started it to bring this oil to people who'd never tasted olive oil this fresh — joining what our elders taught us with the lab testing and transparency the best producers owe their customers.

Every bottle carries its harvest date and its lab report. Nothing hidden. I document every harvest, every lab test, and our daily rituals on our YouTube channel — so you can see exactly where your oil comes from. If there's ever a problem, you're talking to the family that grew it.

To your health,

Honest answers

Questions, answered.

The things customers ask most — and the things a careful olive oil buyer should ask.

Every bottle shows its harvest date (October 2025) and ships with an independent third-party lab report. The oil is cold-pressed within 6 hours of picking and shipped within weeks of harvest — not left on a shelf for a year. You can check the polyphenol count, acidity, and harvest date yourself on the Certificate of Analysis inside the box. Nothing to take on faith.

Our olives are grown organically on our single family estate in Molochio — never blended and never sourced from other farms or countries. Every drop is traceable to one farm and one harvest.

Most supermarket oil is late-harvest, blended from several countries, months old before it reaches the shelf, and never lab-tested for polyphenols. Deliba is early-harvest, single-estate, pressed within 6 hours, and independently verified at 629 mg/kg. You're paying for a fresh, traceable, measured product — and at the Club price it works out close to what a genuinely good bottle already costs.

The current harvest is October 2025. Olives are cold-pressed within 6 hours of picking and shipped within weeks — most customers receive oil from the same season it was pressed. The harvest date is printed on every bottle, so you always know exactly how fresh it is.

From our New Jersey warehouse — not from Italy. No customs delays, no international wait. Standard US delivery is 3–5 business days, and shipping is free on boxes of 4 bottles or more.

Both come from the same family estate. Ottobratico (629 mg/kg, black label) is bolder and more peppery — best raw, drizzled over food or as a morning spoonful. Sinopolese (609 mg/kg, white label) is more balanced — ideal for everyday cooking. The Duo gives you both: one to finish, one to cook.

That peppery tickle at the back of the throat is the polyphenols — it's the signature of a fresh, high-quality oil, and it's exactly what you want. At 629 mg/kg, Deliba is potent but still smooth and balanced for daily use — not the harsh, barely-drinkable extreme of some ultra-high "30x" numbers.

You're covered. If your order arrives damaged, or you're simply not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — and you keep the bottle. No need to ship food back. Just reach out and we'll make it right. We can only stand behind the oil this way because we know exactly what's in every bottle.

Yes. The Club (Subscribe & Save) gives you 10% off and automatic delivery at the frequency you choose — every 1, 2, 3, or 6 months. You can change the frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime. No lock-in, no penalty.

Keep it in a cool, dark place with the cap closed tight — never next to the stove. Unopened, it's best within about 24 months of harvest. Once opened, use within 3–4 months for the best flavor and polyphenol integrity. The dark glass protects it, but storage still matters.
