If you're coming from my email of August 21: the last 2025 Duo boxes sold out, so the 15% offer from that email is gone — as I wrote, when they are gone that is the end of it.
The 2026 harvest is now in pre-order. It will be small — that is my own reading of the grove as it stands today — and it closes when orders reach the oil I expect to press this year.

Early October
We mill the Ottobratico, Cold-Extracted within 4 hours of harvest.
Late October – early November
The Sinopolese follows, from the same estate and the same season.
January 2027
The oil reaches our New Jersey warehouse, bottled and sealed in Italy.
First in line
Subscription customers are served first, from an allocation set aside before anything else. Pre-orders come next, then everyone else.
One harvest a year
We press what our trees give us, and that is the whole year. There is no second batch. The pre-order is how we know what to set aside — which is why it closes once the orders reach what the trees can give.
